SCORE (Service Corps pf Retired Executives)
A service/program offered through the Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce, the Douglas County chapter of the Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) provides free and confidential business counseling and mentoring. For more than 36 years, SCORE's 11,500 retired and working business professionals have volunteered to help a new generation of small business owners start and grow their companies. SCORE provides face-to-face and online services to busy entrepreneurs just getting started or seasoned pros in need of a sounding board. SCORE is a non-profit organization supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Call the Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce to schedule an appointment with SCORE volunteers.

This community facility has targeted resources and services for entrepreneurs in new, expanding and young small businesses throughout Douglas County. The UBC nurtures entrepreneurial companies, helping them survive and grow during the vulnerable start-up phase.
